Delivery Information

General Delivery Overview

  • Our standard delivery hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Following the placement of your order, we will contact you to confirm your delivery date.
    Please note that we are unable to deliver items to multiple addresses within a single order.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Deliveries typically take between 5 to 7 working days. You will receive an email from us within one working day of your order being placed, proposing a delivery date. Should this date be inconvenient, kindly get in touch with us to arrange an alternative.

Delivery Locations

  • We provide delivery services to all mainland UK addresses. However, additional charges apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, and Guernsey.
  • Customers residing in certain remote or rural areas may experience an extended delivery period of up to 3 working days, or we may inform you if your address is not serviceable.
  • Delivery to an address different from your billing address is permitted.

Postponed Delivery Options

  • We offer a flexible delayed delivery option for up to 3 weeks without charge, designed to accommodate specific project timelines. For delays exceeding 3 weeks, a nominal fee of £1 per pallet per week will be applied to cover additional storage and handling expenses.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

  • Customers must ensure that the designated unloading point is suitable for a tail-lift and manual pump truck delivery method. The pump truck can only be operated for short distances on solid, level surfaces and cannot be used on soft ground such as sand, grass, or gravel.
  • By proceeding with a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept these terms. Any costs incurred because the delivery company is unable to complete the delivery due to unsuitable conditions will be borne by the customer. This includes all charges for outward and return delivery, in addition to any applicable restocking fees.
  • Please be aware that failing to be present at the delivery site on a pre-booked date may result in a redelivery charge, starting from £80 per crate or pallet. This charge is levied directly by the delivery company, and we do not add any supplementary fees.
  • If you have any uncertainties regarding these terms, we strongly advise contacting our customer services team BEFORE placing your order.

How We Deliver

  • Our delivery service extends to the kerbside only. Our 18-tonne lorry will position itself at the nearest safe and accessible point to your designated address. For a seamless delivery experience, our driver will offload items onto the closest hardstanding or your preferred suitable surface.
  • It is essential that a hard, flat surface (such as tarmac or concrete) is available for us to complete the delivery. We are unable to deliver onto soft ground like grass, gravel, or uneven terrain. Should our vehicle be unable to reach your property, you will be responsible for arranging the movement of the items from the drop-off point.

When We Deliver

  • You have the option to select your preferred delivery date during the checkout process. However, please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control.
  • We strongly advise against scheduling any tradesperson appointments until your product has been received and its quality verified.
  • Standard deliveries are conducted from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge of £100.
  • For an extra fee of £20, you may specify a morning or afternoon delivery slot.
    In the Event of Delivery Failure
  • A redelivery fee of £80 will be incurred if a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, road closures, other restrictions, or if no one is available to accept the product. Customers are therefore required to notify us of any potential limitations before their shipment is dispatched.

Damages and Shortages

  • It is common for some minor damage to occur with stone products during transit. We recommend ordering an additional 10-15% to account for cutting, waste, potential damage, and any pieces you may choose not to use for design or aesthetic reasons.
  • Claims for transit damage amounting to less than 5% of the order value will not be accepted. For any damage or quality concerns exceeding this threshold, please contact us via email with comprehensive details. Please note that complimentary replacements are not provided.

Returning Items & Failed Collections

  • Items can be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
  • A collection fee of £105 per crate will apply to all returns, in addition to the original shipping cost.

Additional Information

  • While we always endeavour to deliver products on the agreed date, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • We recommend that you do not book tradespeople or hire equipment until you have received and inspected your order.
  • In the rare event that your product does not arrive on the scheduled delivery day, we will typically be able to arrange delivery for the next working day.
