Do you offer custom or bespoke stone products?
Yes. If you require a custom size, finish, or style, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Bespoke products are made to order and cannot be returned.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and your location. Standard deliveries within mainland UK typically take 3–7 working days. For bespoke orders, please allow additional time for production.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number or a delivery confirmation email with further details.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your stone arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, retail customers will not be charged a restocking fee for returns within the 14-day period. Trade customers may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
